Earn your millions by taking responsibility

I love this mindset the most, "Taking responsibility." My mentor once told me, "if the business is not doing well, it got nothing to do with the environment, it is you." I learnt that I created all the results for my business. I am responsible for the bottom line of my business.

So instead of blaming everyone else for the result, asking them to change. I shift my mindset to be responsible for the result. When I start to be responsible, I start to improve on the way I do things. I start to change myself to improve the result. The business improved, the whole team is happy.

For example, when you are caught in a traffic jam that resulted you in being late for a business appointment. Will you blame the traffic jam. "It's the traffic jam, stupid traffic jam. I will be on time if it's not for the traffic jam." Most people will blame the traffic jam. But by laying blame, they become the victim, they pass the power away.

Or are you someone who is responsible for the late business appointment? By taking responsibility means you say to yourself, "Ok, next time I will have to leave for the appointment earlier to have buffer for unforeseen circumstances." Taking responsibility allows you to have the power, make changes and grow.

Take control of your results in life

Millionaires take responsibility for the results they created. They do not lay blame on others, knowing very clearly they will lose power by the act of laying blame. They took control of the situation, not allowing the situation to control them. Millionaires are the master of the situation, learning from all situation arises from their journey of becoming a millionaire.

They know very well that by taking responsibility, they can improve results, in control of the results. By laying blame, they pass the control to others not knowing if the results will be improved.



This mindset has been with me since the year 2003. By practicing it, I have improve my business, relationship with my wife, my family and close friends. There is also a great transformation on my own behaviour, becoming a better person everyday.

Look at your result right now. Results in every part of your life. Health, relationship, wealth, etc. Which are the ones you are not satisfied? Are you taking responsibility for those results? Or did you just pass that power to someone else?
