Instead take those feedback, ask yourself why they are having these views on you. In the end you have a choice to accept what was said. You can choose to improve on yourself according to those feedbacks or throw those feedback away if they are just some crappy views. Take note as well not to take those feedbacks too personally. Be very clear that the intention of those feedbacks is to allow you to be better. Approach mentors The fastest way to improve yourself is to get a mentor who can guide you and give you honest feedback. A mentor is not your friend, a mentor is someone who is willing to tell you the truth without showing any pity on you. A mentor's job is to push you to your limit, stretching your mindset, get you out of your comfort zone so that you can grow. Approach those who has already been there to be your mentor. If you want to be successful in the designing business find a mentor who is successful in that design industry. Most successful people are unselfish, with the heart to mentor and share their experiences with others. Form a mastermind group A mastermind group consists of four or five members with the same mindset. The intention of a mastermind group is to improve everyone's well being depends on the objective of the group. The objective of the group varies, as it is dependable on the group members. Some groups will want to support each other in achieving financial freedom, some will be personal development, some in relationship etc. Members in the mastermind group must be committed to play the game in a higher gradient. Members must be accountable to themselves and to one another. This way members are pushing one another, holding each other tightly which will result in total improvement in the group. Achieve personal mastery is an extremely important element in becoming a millionaire. If you can master yourself, you can master your life, then you can master everything and creating everything. Personal mastery brings you happiness, wealth and success. Always give thanks to those who have helped you to gain personal mastery. Have a heart of gratitude even when you achieve success.
